Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Change in preference or colour choice
- Delayed delivery caused by courier services
We kindly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements and details carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We may offer an exchange or store credit under limited circumstances if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item has a major manufacturing fault
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchange Approval
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- No perfume, makeup stains, washing or alterations
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and business policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Clearance products
- Accessories
- Bodysuits
- Earrings/jewellery
- Custom or pre-order items
- Gift cards
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order and restock items are specially arranged for customers and therefore are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are approximate and may vary depending on supplier and courier timelines.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact Lushlery immediately with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund where required under Australian Consumer Law
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is faulty
- The wrong product was supplied
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products with major faults or issues that do not meet consumer guarantees.
